Physical Orders and Delivery Details

Please allow 5-6 business days to process and receive your order.  

 

During checkout, enter the recipient’s name and address. 

 

Select the gift option if required and include your personal message.

 

Orders placed during opening hours 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday will generally be dispatched within 1-2 business days. Orders placed outside of these hours will be dispatched the next day we are open.

 

Orders are shipped via Evri Standard Delivery.  Evri’sStandard Delivery takes 2-4 days.  When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email from Evri to let you know your order is on the way.  Please note your order may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of our control.

 

Free delivery is included to orders shipping to MainlandUK but excludes remote areas such as Scottish Highlands (IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, ZE), Isle of Wight (PO30-41), Scottish Islands, Northern Island, IOM, Jersey & Guernsey (BT, IM, TR21-25, JE, GY).
