Physical Orders and Delivery Details

We offer a 14-day return policy on all eligible items purchased from our website, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.  We will refund the full order amount, minus the original delivery cost of £3.76 per order.  Please note that certain items such as personalised products, sale items, gift vouchers or downloadable content is not eligible for returns.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.  Please note you will be responsible for all return shipping costs.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and in the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at icingonthecakeschool@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.  We address these on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
